Would actually just buy D-Telecom. Dividends are better taxed and hold 50% of T-Mobile.

@Simpson true, but you actually only pay for the us unit. 270 billion Enterprise 50% discount to the market cap and the market cap is the value of the us unit. This means you either get the us at close to zero or Europe at close to zero. Whichever is better for you
