Why remember? They "still" exist. Doesn't look so rosy. Never been busy, neither with the share nor with consumption.

@Doe "Still"... I can only say beware of overpriced IPOs.

@Doe In the past, vegans have often informed you about their diet without being asked. It seems to be a concern of yours that you have never considered vegan food or even trying it. Interesting.

As hyped back then as palantir is today! There are several examples of this!

@Investfamily But Palantir has good fundamentals compared to Beyond Meat, you can't compare them. Peloton, for example, is a better fit.

@TheMaverick Yeah, seems they filed for bankruptcy... That's why I am careful with unproven business models and unprofitable companies.

I remember it very well, I think I bought something in 2020, then sold in 2021 or 2022. Gee, I didn't think it was in this situation.

Yes, around Covid it was just annoying, constantly positive news and nothing came of it😅😂

Bought sometime for fun in 2020 at the low and sold a few months later with a big plus. Then never touched again.

Who could have guessed that subterranean tasting food is not a good business model?
profile image
@Soprano At the beginning, many thought it was pretty good, otherwise sales would not have grown so strongly. But the company has never managed to generate positive cash flows and now sales are collapsing... That's why I usually stay away from unprofitable companies.

@thewolfofallstreetz Everyone tried it once (including me) because they were curious, then realized that it tasted absolutely crap and didn't buy it again.

Yes bad investment, because of my feeling I invested in in…

@Demas Happens to the best investors. It is about drawing the right conclusions from your own mistakes.

@Fetzen As long as you don't invest in it...
