SPAIN PROBES NOVO NORDISK OVER WEIGHT-LOSS DRUG ADS

$NOVO B (+1.03%) Novo Nordisk is under investigation by Spain’s Health Ministry for possible illegal promotion of its blockbuster drug Wegovy. Authorities say an online campaign linked to Novo may qualify as indirect advertising of a prescription drug, which is banned. The site is now down. Shares fell up to 2.8% Wednesday in Copenhagen.
