@DonkeyInvestor Tada. The fact that I moved up a pay grade in December has now basically been financially canceled out by the increase in contributions. 💀
190€ more in December due to step increases.
160€ less in January due to contribution increases...
Effective salary increase of €30. Which feels like I didn't move up a pay grade at all. 💀

@DonkeyInvestor Also true. But the actual purpose of the step promotion is to "reward" the long period of service.
I don't feel very rewarded right now! 😂🫠
