What do you actually think of the $TEG (+2.15%) ?

After last year's sell-off, where it was punished too much in my opinion, it now has the potential to rise strongly.

@GAE The real estate companies are currently already facing challenges. TAG Immobilien $TEG has also carried out a capital increase in 2022 and has significant refinancing needs in the coming years. I am invested with a larger position and remain so. I am eagerly awaiting the next figures. Currently, I am following the development quite intensively. In the long term, I see considerable potential (among other things, because of the business in Poland; in my opinion, a dividend is not to be expected until 2025 at the earliest (for 2024).

@wenmar77 I have now bought 100 shares. As you say - let's see what the next figures bring. Sure - dividends are nice, but now I see more growth :D

Whether the 10% dividend holds Questionable. Yes, all real estate shares were bombed out. Believe a long sideways trend will follow

@Smudeo As M W already wrote, the dividend has been canceled, but I see the share as a good long-term investment. So I intend to hold it for about 2-3 years ☺️
