My guess is that this was the first step in setting up the company properly because there were/are competing investment needs in the entertainment and semiconductor sectors. It is quite possible that the semiconductor division will now follow in order to end up with three well-structured units that can still utilize the brand value of the entire group.

@CaYaRo wird schwer. Glaube der Spin off kam nur, weil die Börse wirklich klar gemacht hat, das man keine Überschneidung hier sieht. Das kam vorallem von der Japanischen Börse, die jetzt zum dritten mal aufgerufen hat die Kapitel Allokation zu verbessern, an alle Japanischen Unternehmen.
