Future of Defence vs. Defence innovation

Among the ETFs on innovative defence, what are your thoughts on the composition of $IVDF (+2.82%) vs $ASWC (+1.36%)? The holdings of $IVDF (+2.82%) seem to me more volatile, and to have had a sudden surge in the last months, rather than a steadier increase as those of $ASWC (+1.36%). On the other hand, I appreciate that $IVDF (+2.82%) is less exposed to cybersecurity and more to space and robotics, and has an exposure also a bit to energy and health sectors.

I have $DFEN . Currently up 76% in my portfolio. Take a look at that one as well. I also have $ASWC

I was searching for an ETF to buy, exposing into these sectors. If you compare the yelds between $DFEN and $ASWC, the 1st one is so much better, even considering the TERs (0,55% vs 0,49%).
