I sold my position in the STOXX Global Electric Vehicles & Driving Technology Index today. 🚗⚡️
Not because I suddenly have a negative view of the topic - quite the opposite. Electromobility and all the technology behind it remain exciting for me in the long term.
But the share price is now well above my original target for the year and at some point you just have to be satisfied. That's often difficult on the stock market because you always think: "There's always more to come." 😅
Maybe it will continue to rise, maybe there will be a stronger correction first. Nobody knows for sure anyway. For me, it just felt right to take profits and build up some cash again for new opportunities.
