If you would have asked Google it would have told you the following:

The DAX-listed company Continental floated its automotive supplier division Aumovio on the stock exchange today. This step was taken via a pure spin-off. Investors received one Aumovio share, which is listed in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, for every two Continental shares.
