@TheRealDarthVader why the instead of $VHYL?
profile image
@junio Better return. The younger you are, the better it is. The $VHYL is good when you are approaching retirement...

@topicswithhead What works better with these two? 👆🏻🤝

@junio are cheaper, sometimes structured differently, but above all you earn money as a shareholder on the stock exchange. SPDR is listed on the stock exchange and so is MSCI, so you indirectly line your own pockets. Vanguard is a private company and only has the cool cooperative structure in the USA, so there is no great reason to choose them in Europe.

@topicswithhead are of course also available as distributing shares if you want dividends.

@Mcl1991 no individual shares at all?🤔

@junio I only have Microsoft as an individual share, but no others.
Most investors don't manage to beat the Msci World. So you can do quite well with such an ETF.
The analysis takes a lot of time - learning how to value shares and companies takes time - and the risk increases with individual shares.

I prefer to invest passively and for the long term.

So you must have told ChatGPT more than just what you wrote above, otherwise there would never be two oil companies and such HighDiv stuff and with regard to the ETF not stuff but crap. I also asked ChatGPT once and the classics came up: Apple Microsoft,... etc
