Insider participation as an indication?

I - like probably everyone here 😉 - often look at the basic ZDF of companies... but I haven't seen that yet, at least I can't remember such a value: $4X0 (+2%) Insider ownership 80.8%.

How (heavily) do you weight such a value when making investment decisions?

Does it play a central role for you?

No, because stocks like Steyr wouldn't be in my portfolio. And I only watch Markus Lanz on ZDF. But what you mustn't forget here: Steyr was bought up by Mutsres, made fit again and then floated on the stock exchange. But they only bought a small share. Whether you can see that as an insider, I don't know. I would have a different definition. Mutares probably didn't know that the value would go up and down again during the arms hype.

Most of the 80% comes from $MUX, which listed $4X0 on the stock exchange.
