Vonovia Se Unsponsored 2 ADR Representing Stock Forum

By far my worst investment.

Admittedly, I am actually bullish on VONOVIA, but the current drop is insane.

Of course there are risks, but I see them as quite low for VONOVIA. Rents are paid, I think, even in a cooling economy ... and the rising interest rates should also make VONOVIA hardly to create, because they have quite long fixed interest rates. Or am I missing something here? Long I am and remain bullish. Nachkaufen I dare but believe now no longer ...

So slowly the market is exciting, so that I will also start in the next week to look at a pair of companies and also look at times charttechnically. Do the resistance zones hold or does it go a little lower?

My focus is currently on buying companies that I already own and the prices and charts invite to buy. It looks like this:

However, I still want to take a close look at Qualcomm in the near future. The trend has not been broken yet. Adobe should turn slowly now, as they are in the resistance zone. Here I will take a close look.

Microsoft, Vonovia, Zscaler and Starbucks are very interesting though. Microsoft and Starbucks, are also among my last after-buys. I would like to add something here. Zscaler and Vonovia are at the top of the list.

In such phases, I like to pull the shares and then adjust the weightings again.

But as mentioned in the last post, I usually take my time and build up in such phases, first once proper cash and then go in thoughtfully. If it then rises faster than I expected, it is not bad. I do not chase after any company. I am invested and sit out such phases otherwise simply. I don't have to invest!

Daimler Truck - The truck division of Daimler ( $DAI (-0.02%) ) made its debut on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange today under the name Daimler Trucks. The first price valued the company at a market capitalization of 23 billion euros. This market capitalization is therefore rather at the lower end of the range of analysts' forecasts, who were expecting a valuation of up to 40 billion.

Inflation - The U.S. Consumer Price Index is up 6.8% since December 2020. This is the fastest increase since June 1982. It remains to be seen how the US central bank will react. The next FED meeting is next week and the numbers will play a central role.

Volkswagen ( $VOWA ) - Herbert Diess remains at the head of the group. The supervisory board has agreed that Diess will remain as chairman of the management board, but will lose some operational competences. The biggest change will be that Herbert Diess will lose responsibility for the business in China. In addition, the investment program for the next five years has been approved. It includes investments of 160 billion euros.

Meta - Meta Whatsapp's subsidiary is currently testing transfers with crypto-currencies. A test phase is currently underway to allow users to send crypto-currencies to each other. The crypto-currencies available are currently not Bitcoin, Dogecoin & Co, but only a stablecoin based on Etherum called Pax Dollar.
