$LLAP has been reached.
The enterprise value of the transaction amounts to approximately 450 million US dollars.
Lockheed Martin will receive for each outstanding share of Terran Orbital common stock 0.25 US-dollars in cash for each outstanding share of Terran Orbital common stock and simultaneously retire the company's existing debt.
