4Boy, what's going on with the bamboo servers of the trading republic again today. I've been trying to update my account again since noon today to show my latest transaction. This is really becoming a nuisance.
Edit: Getquin also had a bad day today. Take a look at the charts of the "top losers" today: $6702 (+2.32%) & $7011 (+3.6%) & $2801 (-0.47%) & $7269 (+5.75%) Something is wrong there too. This wouldn't have happened with AWS (*makes Amazon shareholder noise*)
Soy sauce?!
After reading a book on Warren Buffet's investment philosophy in detail, one concept in particular stuck in my mind:

Of course, we all immediately think of $KO (+1.1%) or $PEP (+1.38%) . If you don't get products from these brands in the supermarket, restaurant or gas station, you're disappointed... They are, so to speak, a kind of default option that is offered by default. We know the taste and have become accustomed to it!
I have a similar impression of the soy sauce that we get in Asian restaurants. I, at least, always notice that the same small glass bottle with a red lid is almost always served at the table. The Japanese company behind it is Kikkoman.
$2801 (-0.47%) Kikkoman is primarily known as a manufacturer of soy sauce. The company has a long history and is one of the world's leading producers of soy sauce. In addition to soy sauce, Kikkoman also offers a range of other products such as teriyaki sauce, mirin (sweet rice wine) and various condiments. Stepstone - Axel Springer ( $AXELF ) wants to continue preparations for the IPO of job portal Stepstone. Goldman Sachs ( $GOS (+2.22%) ) and Morgan Stanley ( $DWD (+1.35%) ) have been chosen to lead the transaction, which could take place in the second quarter of 2022. Under the offer, Stepstone could be valued at around seven billion euros. This would correspond to 25 times the operating profit (EBITDA) of around 300 million euros expected for 2023. The job portal's business has been doing very well recently and has been able to post annual growth of 20 percent over the past ten years.

United Internet ( $UTDI (-1.21%) ) - Ralph Dommermuth wants to buy United Internet for 35 euros per share. This means that he would own more than half of the Internet group. The manager wants to acquire 17 million United Internet shares, either via an existing company or via a new company he controls. The share price, which was close to 37 euros in September, had fallen by about 5 euros by the end of October. United Internet had announced in mid-September that it wanted to end the share buyback prematurely due to low trading volumes. In addition, he announced that he wants to receive his first 3 salaries in the form of crypto-currencies.
