NAGA Group AG ($N4G (+3.48%)) - NAGA Group AG plans its NASDAQ IPO and announces guidance for fiscal 2022. NAGA's IPO and listing in the U.S. could be completed as early as the second half of 2022. For fiscal year 2022, the company expects consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of EUR 25 million to EUR 30 million.

Blackrock ($BLK) - Asset manager Blackrock is involved in the store network operator of Audi ($AUDVF), BWM ($BMW (-3.91%)) and Daimler ($DAII (-3.69%)), Ionity. According to a statement from the U.S. investor and the previous owners, 700 million euros were invested in the company. BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche ($POAHY (-2.12%)) as well as Ford ($F (+0.87%)) and Hyundai ($HYU (-0.78%)) have stakes in the joint venture, which was founded in 2017. Ionity aims to increase the number of charging stations more than fourfold to around 7,000 by 2025. South Korea - The South Korean Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) has determined that NFTs will be subject to taxation starting next year. After classifying NFTs as virtual assets, Korean lawmakers plan to levy taxes on them. Starting Jan. 1, 2022, taxes of 20 percent will be due on NFT sales that exceed 2.5 million won ($2,102). South Korea has recently taken many measures to regulate the crypto market in order to target money laundering. As the NFT market rapidly expands in South Korea and globally, the regulation vs. innovation debate remains contentious.

What is your opinion on this? I joined the company about 3 months ago and apart from a setback, the share price is relatively stable - for such a company. I am convinced that in the long term this will become something. Let's hear it.
