Nice analysis, just under $700-800 billion is just AWS. In the event of a spinoff, I would consider buying if necessary, if AWS goes public on its own (but I doubt it)

@TomTurboInvest I can't think of any logical reason. AWS as such can clearly exist without the body of Amazon, the other way around it would probably not be wise to decouple AWS - consider that AWS is for many investors a reason not to part with the shares in the first place. If the entire store goes insolvent...is for me so far the only imaginable scenario. Can you think of a scenario where that would make sense @TomTurboInvest?

@Iwant_money_423 Optimize costs, make the large eCommerce area also profitable and then take the cash cow AWS public and thus fill the war chest properly. This scenario will take some time, but I would not call it unrealistic.

@TomTurboInvest that would be a possible scenario yes, for that you would probably have to think a decade ahead. Unrealistic was never my chosen word ☝️🙂
