@TheAccountant89 One more comment on the purchase of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft, how do you arrive at a high goodwill? Only the PPA will show that, possibly - without me ever having seen Activision's balance sheet - Activision has huge hidden reserves which were not allowed to be accounted for yet (trademarks, customer lists etc.). While I also suspect that there will be quite a bit of goodwill, since the Americans don't give a f*** about goodwill, it shouldn't cause any serious problems at Microsoft even if it gets impaired.

@Rosebud I didn't write anywhere that it would be high 🧐 I was just giving an example of where goodwill will arise. "...goodwill will not account for a huge proportion."
