So much crying in this post. Did you cut onions?
There is always a solution, if you don´t like the product: Leave
I was using so many trackers before and all of them are not complete, are having bugs or missing features. Not everything is perfect, true. But if you check getquin, they are moving forward.
At least getquin is taking care of stuff and I guess they have also their internal roadmap. Like in typical social media are not the loudest people the majority.
Guess what:
I write my wishes directly to their support and I guess most people contact them for wishes directly, so they have a good overview for stuff, the people want. And those are not the people crying in the feed.
Did you ever see someone in the facebook feed crying and requesting stuff from Mark Zuckerberg?
I was really early at facebook, when Zuckerberg was still posting personally.
And imagine: Most of the stuff has been deleted straight away with the note: Contact for wishes the support.
Are you a developer? Ever created a technical product without AI-bug-factory?
I don´t want to imagine, how much only the financial data costs.
200k€ per Year? Or even more.
Just the software in the background (CRM, Support, database, licenses etc.)? Additional 150k€?
Salaries: Just calculate with low 50k per person and if I remember correct they are 25 people: 50 * 25 = 1.250.000€ per year. And no try to find a dev for 50k salary.
Office rent? I don´t know.

•@growth_guru_44 On the onion-topic: A sharp knife is the only good "trick" for not crying. Less crushing and more clear cuts. Try it! :-D
Undecided on that decision. ;-)
I like the community aspect for great posts from @Tenbagger2024 , @DonkeyInvestor or (even when crypto/BTC) @stefan_21 .
Guess what:
I do so too lol^^ Still i figured I'm curious on what does or doesn't bother others. After all it's a forum/community?
Edit (sent early by mistake):
I'm not a dev but work with devs. Actually am in a start-up as well. Even close to the banking/finance sector. :-D
No doubt it's expensive! Also you barely find anyone working for 50k - even in a start-up... Unless it's an intern (CH standards, not sure about other countries, aka. Germany).
Best,
GG

•Constructive criticism is always good, it gives you the opportunity to improve. On the other hand, I see getquin as a tracking app to have a good overview, which my bank cannot offer me. Although I should actually expect a bank or broker to provide me with such an asset overview. How often do I read here that something is not working at the broker or that I can't access the banking app myself? People should be upset about that. But if something doesn't work here, it's no big deal for me because in the end it doesn't have a big impact on my assets.
But we should pass on our improvements and getquin should use them to improve.
Here, for example, I would like to see a better chart. More and more up-to-date fundamental figures on the companies.
And it would be particularly important for me to see not only the daily and since purchase performance of my portfolio values. But also those of the month and the last 6 months to quickly find my underperformers without having to click on every single one.
