However, your comment on vertical integration is not conclusive for me. Or maybe I just don't understand it. What do the two companies Technisis and the other have to do with AWS or why do they make AWS / Azure or whoever obsolete?
And also the justification with AI in customer service. All banks will have that sooner or later. So don't get me wrong, I find your idea very interesting, but these 2 areas and the vertical integration don't convince me. The aggressive marketing is more convincing. But that will also cost a fortune...
