British American Tobacco $BATS (+1.84%)

Medical Properties Trust $MPW (+0.24%)

Ares Capital $ARCC (+1.64%)

Reatly Income $O (+0.55%)

Not exactly creative choices, but all "good value" in terms of valuation.
