@Mikesam0416 : I've looked into it and as a result bought it. Besides that the business definitely doesn't have tailwind currently, they do have all the POS properties on the books… Actually a bit hidden, but they own the land and the construction on it. They can afford the dividend and currently there are 2 activist investors, that urge them to a) close down POS that they are losing money on and b) sell the property and land from these POS and c) use the capital to buy back shares which would raise the value of all outstanding shares and make the dividend payment more affordable.
Looks like a fair chance of a stock price increase within the next 12-18 months
