The company wants to pull off a classic roll-up of the driving school industry. This means buying up driving schools and digitizing theory lessons. The German driving school market is currently very fragmented and there are no clear market leaders. 123fahrschule estimates the market at around 2 billion euros and is aiming for a market share of 20%.
