A few days ago I received another payout of my $SMMCHA received 💰
The special thing was that I have already brought in the net dividend payments from the entire, last year with it. Means now already 7 months rent-free in the bag 👍🏼 Until the end of the year should still one or the other day "rent" come in. For a whole month more it is unfortunately not enough with the Swiss rent prices. The full 8 month will be celebrated next year.
To celebrate, I have set my monthly savings plans to the $SPY (+1.06%) and $VHYL (+0.68%) by 100$ each. Somewhat larger I have bought in September at $RTX (-0.19%) and $XD5E (+1.26%) 💸💸💸
