$FTK (-1.43%) -What is your opinion about Flatex ?

As an Austrian I have to say, Flatex is very pleasant as the only German tax-simple broker. The Austrian providers/banks can't really keep up here in the ETF savings plan area, stock selection and costs.

Considering now before the numbers tomorrow to build a smaller position, because the valuation is relatively low and I expect rather surprise effects.

Since the information is out with 1 million euros fine and they will be regularly controlled in the near future, I consider rather positive .

With a holding period of 2-3 years + you can not do much wrong here (in my opinion ) .

How do you see this ? Also do not plan as an Austrian to change my broker to a Neobroker. Buy basically with rather larger amounts at least 500 + , therefore the costs are fine for me. Am curious about your opinions :) .

No investment advice, purchase recommendation, etc. ( you have to write here apparently yes meanwhile)

What is a tax simple broker ? Because mine I find better than Flatex and also cheaper but maybe the tax more difficult ? Looks in principle but interesting. I pack me times on the watch list.

@KleinviehmachtMist in short, who pays everything himself, i.e. capital gains tax, ETF reinvestments, etc. You do not need to worry about it in the tax settlement (as an employee) or income tax assessment (as a self-employed person). To my knowledge, Austrian banks such as Erste Bank, Bank 99/Hello Bank etc. also do this, but TradeRepublic, Smartbroker, Zero Broker, Scalable etc. do not (as far as I am still up to date and running). Which broker are you with ? Greetings

I'm with Zero. We have just received a tax settlement statement. The custodian bank here is also BaderBank. So far I have not had to worry about anything here, but I am also liable to tax in Germany, which can make the difference here.

@KleinviehmachtMist that will be it, you realize quite quickly whether they withhold the capital gains tax or not. Lg

@ImmoundAktien4zewin I will probably do tomorrow morning, at least a first position, I think downward the risk is limited. And should it go down again, I buy after 😉
