Moin,

just got the so-called "interest rate" displayed on TR. I get supposedly, if I activate it, 2%p.a interest on my balance, paid out monthly.

I have not quite read the terms and conditions, but can not see a hook anywhere.

I must be getting something wrong. But what? Has anyone already activated, understood, read, or something?

I think they want to get more people to deposit money. As soon as the money is at TR the hurdle to buy something is lower Buy = profit for TR

well interest rates are rising everywhere, probably they want to increase their attractiveness by your clearing account quasi at the same time now also ''Tagesgeld'' :D

So marketing-wise it was more than a bull's eye, Insta is full of it.

2% is relatively much I think, 1.85% is just the highest in France. I think it has something to do with the growth, otherwise you could not offer so much interest. There goes directly some more in the balance sheet. Banks keep the invested capital in the balance sheets and brokers themselves are not allowed to do this with a deposit. And since TR is both ... And of course it also scoops your exemption order with the interest on the deposited money as with a normal call money account.

For me absolutely irrelevant, because I do not hoard money on the clearing account. But nice for investors who actually store their money there...

Thanks for the tip, activated immediately times. For me, for example, the ETF savings plan was not executed on the 2nd and the next date is now only on 16.01. although I had then quickly switched from monthly to weekly.

At the moment it is still a nice alternative to a call money account. At the moment you get nowhere so really more in interest. Since you save the effort every time to open a new call money and park your money at TR. The deposits and withdrawals work (for me at least) very quickly and so I get just as fast to my money, as with the call money. Help me if I have a thinking error?
