@Kohlmeyse I like the financial side of NNN much better. Longer maturities of liabilities. In addition, a somewhat higher occupancy rate. In principle, I also trust them to achieve higher growth, as they are still somewhat smaller than Realty.

@JackillHyde The best thing to do is to test the 7-day premium and benchmark both REITs. The first starting point is 2003 and both in volatility and overall performance, Realty is doing much better. Just as a quick note. 😊 Don't get carried away by the 0.5% more dividend. You'll easily recoup that with Realty's performance. If that was also a motivator.

@JackillHyde as far as the fundamentals are concerned: i'll do some research and read up. it's quite possible that the share is strongly undervalued when i look at the comparison of the two P/E ratios and the EPS (which is very rudimentary for now).
