After the good figures and outlook, the $DTE (+0.58%) is up nicely and has reached an even 100% in my portfolio.

I took part in the employee share program three times. It was worth it.

It runs and runs and runs. Two months ago I wanted to buy more at under 27 and now they've already reached 30.... I really didn't expect that

Yes, I also took part 3 times and was really annoyed that I didn't take part in the first year. The course was even lower then. But it was definitely worth it. The employee program is a great thing.
