Would you take shares like Deutsche Telekom, Telefonica Deutschland, etc. into your portfolio? Or maybe you have such shares in your portfolio?🤔

@applexnoah for about 1,500 euros. Last year then sold all but one as a reminder, as I participate in the employee program where shares were purchased through Telekom :)

I myself have Vodafone in my portfolio, probably because I have both my fixed-network and my mobile phone contract there, and service also plays a big role for me. The bi-annual dividend is also not entirely negligible 😁

What bothers me about telecommunications companies is that they are so capital-intensive. The debt is already high. If you can live with the risk, then let's go😎

I think T-Mobil US is really strong Telekom is just really good in America. Deutsche Telekom AG might be worth buying for the annual dividend, but I would only buy it if it drops again.

Hey, I think Telekom would be much better if it wasn't state-owned. As it is, it's more of a safe haven investment. I don't know what you're after, whether it's going to be more of a safe haven or a high yield. Because if you're looking for the latter, I don't think Telekom or Telefonica, etc is it. Freenet shareholder for years. Unexcited investment with a nice dividend. I regularly buy more when the stock is weak and am happy about more dividends.

I have Telekom in my portfolio. However, it's currently too expensive for me to get in. I think you can put it in your portfolio as a reliable dividend payer for less than €15.

However, telecommunications is also a tough market and there are also some junk stocks there ...
