Hey👋

Maybe you know me, maybe also nicht🤷‍♂️

I was pretty active here a few months ago and posted regularly. Seid a few months I no longer do, but because some wanted then that I make later times a post what is so happened in the time comes now one👌

Hey,

I am Bora and 13 years old. I deal with the finances for about a year and 6months and am very satisfied as I am angenagen and still learning. I have read a total of 4 books, these have aroused even more interest, for example, the book, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" <--- my favorite. Well back to what I have done in the I think 6 months of inactivity. I have participated in the Sparkassen Börsenspiel and have become first. In addition, I have led the account of my cousin and have become second. In total I collected 500€, which went into my new Karl Kani 89 shoes in white and into new investmens, like Block or Tocvan Ventures. I tutor at our school, which currently earns me about 60€ a month, but the money doesn't go into investmens but into fun with friends. I am also very interested in setting up a snack vending machine at our school, since the kiosk has been closed for some time and the kids run like crazy to the bake sale that takes place once a month. So I would be the only place to go. The problem is money. A new snack machine costs 15-30k and I can't afford that in my lifetime.... I am currently looking for a used one for 1.2 thousand but that is also very hard to find something real. On the whole, I'm still at it and am still mega happy what I do.

I have now briefly googled. You can articulate yourself well for 13 years and I recommend you simply write an email to manufacturers such as https://www.flavura.de/ with your ideas (without age, rent, leasing, costs, etc.). If you then have an impression of different manufacturers, you can work out a concept and present it to your relatives or the director. Let your parents help you and get a share of the profits (this is part of the concept). Good luck.

The snack vending machine is a very cool idea. Check out if there are any companies where you can lease vending machines? Or if that's not worth it, you can ask other people about an investment🧐

@DollarDon I'll look at the leasing, good idea! What do you mean by asking other people for an investment? :)
profile image
@Atilkurt26 convince others to invest in your idea and then use this money to finance the vending machine. Basically, if I don't have enough capital myself, I would always look for other financiers.
profile image
@DollarDon that also sounds very good. But where can I find people who want to invest in my idea? In the family area there is no one who deals with something like this, which is a pity

@Atilkurt26
Why don't you ask your classmates 😉

Phew, there is a lot to do if you want to start your own business now, trade office, parents' permission and family court. Keep it up, should it not work, always keep trying.

@Chrisuonfireles I will thank you💪

@Chrisuonfireles What is the family court for? 112 BGB is not relevant at all. He is neither running a trade nor is a license necessary. A small trade at the trade office should be sufficient. Otherwise, he must be represented by his parents in all business dealings anyway.

@tim1 I was concerned with the determination of maturity and that the school is not neglected, in principle I agree with you, but also do not know what extent it will take with him, just have an example in mind there it ran so (15 or 16 year old high school graduate).
profile image
@Chrisuonfireles I see it similarly. This should be a priority. 112 BGB makes the minor, who otherwise has limited legal capacity, fully competent in his commercial transaction. But only in this area. Tends to be more worthwhile if you do it full-time or if the business requires it. Whereby it is certainly exhausting, if one needs the legal representatives for all actions. And 13 is now really an age, there one has perhaps not yet the maturity and experience around everything exactly to regard.

Am also your age, respect how you can articulate, good luck still in the future!

Mega great! You can be really proud of yourself 🙌 Do you remember how you discovered getquin? 😊 and do you feel like adding a profile picture (we would love to introduce you in the newsletter)? To stay private you can take a picture of a movie character for example, otherwise animal pictures are also very popular :)

I'm unsure about the legality but ask a mechatronics technician/machinist I know if he can make something like this I can well imagine that with a little experience it shouldn't be witchcraft the components for recognizing the payment would have to be bought if necessary many components can be procured e.g. via mouser electronics if you start on a small level
profile image
@HBosch I don't think that makes much sense from an economic point of view because it's custom-made and carries a higher risk. Then it would make more sense to use an existing service or to operate a kind of "vendor's tray" with cash payment (break room dealer). However, this again takes time, but the entry costs are lower. Would be interesting as a market test, for example.

@HBosch As a mechatronics engineer, I can only agree with @Andimoneych.
