You can articulate yourself well for 13 years and I recommend you simply write an email to manufacturers such as https://www.flavura.de/ with your ideas (without age, rent, leasing, costs, etc.). If you then have an impression of different manufacturers, you can work out a concept and present it to your relatives or the director. Let your parents help you and get a share of the profits (this is part of the concept). Good luck.
