Stephan Hierl: First and foremost, this step means more freedom and autonomy for us. We can now make many more decisions at country level, which allows us to react more quickly and flexibly to customer needs. Overall, we are aiming for a more agile organizational structure with flatter hierarchies. The autonomy we have gained is of course also reflected in our partner business, where we can now operate completely freely.
