@Aktienfoxx when did you buy basf? currently flirting with it at the favorable price
••
@TheRealWarrenBuffetII I bought BASF on 15.07, as an initial purchase at 41.55€. Of course, I also see the risks of an investment in BASF, but the storage in the five-year average at 95%. Lower consumption and higher imports currently lead to a good supply. Of course, the gas is expensive, but I do not see BASF as a problem this year, the profit remained almost identical. Buffer is in place and do not see a cancellation of the dividend. In addition, BASF is extremely relevant for the industry, once switched off it takes 30 days until all machines are running again...! No investment advice

•@NiMe and how do you think you will act in the future (BASF)

@Aktienfoxx I agree with you in principle. I just have an indefinable bad gut feeling if I have to place the order now. I have also not (yet) dealt with BASF in detail. As an indirect supplier, I only know that BASF has a huge administrative water head. You can think what you want about that :D. But their products are fundamental for Germany and partly Europe. I do not know. Considering my portfolio I didn't want to build up a new EU/D position. I don't know, what do you think about DOW Chemicals (US2605571031) as an alternative? Have been trading since 12/2021 and similar industry. A US company that also has sites in Germany. Is also not quite soooo strongly affected by the EU energy crisis. Got in there.

@NiMe have not analyzed them yet, and would not like to judge then :), how much % have you weighted them?
