Great post. What is your opinion on the cancellation of a potential acquisition of Fujitsu General by NIBE?

@Felix_1988 I had posted it in an article at the time. I think it's great that they have taken a stand on this and have certainly looked very closely at where and how Fujitsu can be integrated into the NIBE group of companies. Personally, I would have considered it very sensible (if the relevant key figures and facts had been right) to aim for at least a partial participation. Unfortunately, however, we do not know the exact reasons for the rejection. However, the way NIBE operates with its acquisitions, there seem to have been weighty reasons against the purchase. But we can say from experience that this will not be the last takeover or attempt. The next company is certainly already being targeted.

@InvestmentPapa I see it as positive that Fujitsu General has been looked at but that a takeover has been avoided. The company is hardly growing and the margin is steadily declining. In my opinion, not being driven to make a takeover where the added value for shareholders is quite questionable speaks for NIBE's management.
