I have now bought additional shares at a reasonable price and believe that the share price will recover and the dividend will be increased over time.

@mkskln thank you for your assessment! Have it for some time on the watchlist and am considering investing smaller amounts for a while via a savings plan. What inhibits me is the mix of real estate sector in the US with current economic uncertainty....

@MarcoZ I think the topic of home offices will play a major role in this. Will employees increasingly (continue to) work from home in the future or go back to the office for the most part? I think both options are realistic, and I know both situations (0% home office and up to 80% allowed). Both forms are also quite pronounced in the USA.
