How would you assess the situation?

Excerpt from the Scalable Newsletter:

Wargames - $SONY (+0.27%) vs. $MSFT (+0.41%)

According to the U.S. daily newspaper "Politico", the U.S. antitrust authority FTC is planning to file a lawsuit against Microsoft's planned purchase of the computer game company $ATVI Activision Blizzard. Proceedings against the $69 billion deal could be initiated as early as December. The takeover is also being examined by authorities in the European Union and the United Kingdom, which is not unusual for deals of this size.

$SONY (+0.27%) Sony, however, actively complained to several competition authorities. The Japanese company fears that Activision games will only be available for Microsoft's Xbox in the future. Microsoft already agreed to publish the very popular tactical shooter series "Call of Duty" for Sony's PlayStation as well.

Wait and see, watch the prices and buy shares in case of a slump?

What do you think?

"Tactics Shooter" If they're smart, Microsoft will push through just that and leave Sony to starve on the long arm. It doesn't even matter if more titles would follow. As soon as the fans know that there is such a huge discussion with an unclear outcome every time, they will prefer the Xbox camp✅ I am a Playstation player myself from the very beginning - but Sony now has to be careful as hell that they don't lose access to 0815 games. The big marketing fail of the Xbox One at release showed how important that is. I still think that the concept convinced me. But this "This is for the gamers" drivel has pulled such that Microsoft has completely gambled away the supremacy of the Xbox 360 with this focus without games. No investment advice. No Xbox consulting. Conflict of interest.
