Good evening 🌆

I present here my current portfolio. I follow a long-term dividend strategy and stock ETF and partly individual shares. Besides I like to speculate and trade. Growth stocks I buy occasionally, but there the threshold for profit taking is much lower.

What do I want to achieve with dividends?

Target 2023: 100€ dividend

Target 2024: 400€ dividend

Target 2025: 1000€ dividend

Why am I doing this? I would like to have opinion, criticism and suggestions from you. Which shares are still missing in your opinion or should even be sold. Which should be bought and what you say to my goals. I know my dividend ETF's find many strange and wonder why I do not pay into a World ETF. Quite simply, my dividend yield is greater and I am aware of the risk I take there.

So one of my biggest div. kings is the $PBB. I also believe that the $LHA will soon pay out again, but I have it alone because of the increase in value. Intressant is on the $ENR, because the already pays out, but due to the current situation could soon pay more ☺️

@GAE all of course just an opinion and not an investment recommendation 😉 I am not 100% dividend hunter, but I still have it in :D

@GAE very interesting approaches. Thank you for that, I will have a closer look at these titles over Easter.

@GAE the price trend in recent years and thus the total return is not exactly rosy here with your recommended three shares ...?
@GHF which ones would you recommend?

@turtleklaus In addition to many other criteria, a long-term upward trend is also important for me with dividend shares. It's better to pay two or 3% less in dividends and have a long-term upward trend: that gives me a total return! You must also be clear which sector complements your portfolio sensibly. No recommendation, but definitely worth a look: $MC, $APD, $ABBV, $SYK, $JNJ, $KO, $PG...

@GHF I will also take a closer look. Thank you!

@GHF is also clear. Lufthansa has suffered greatly from the Corona crisis and is only now improving again (unlike TUI).$PBB is of course very real estate-heavy and its price is currently influenced by current results. Admits however that this is strongly speculative (zmd. of the three shares)$ENR has not yet so long period onn Markt and there one cannot evaluate the three years as criterion. But it is a strong profiteer from the energy transition and has numerous lucrative orders. The only black spot is the Gamesa takeover.

Dividend per month or per year ?
@KleinviehmachtMist first time per year.
profile image
@turtleklaus but there's quite a lot going on in your portfolio. I would have guessed 100 euros per month. 🧡 $MBG
@KleinviehmachtMist I set myself this goal over Christmas/New Year's Eve. The goal is first and foremost to achieve my goals and to surpass them. So 100 € a month I will create so quickly. I am currently with 2% in trade for the cash reserve and the dividend so at about 15 € per month.

@turtleklaus Yes, then you're already at 180 euros in 2023. 2024 will then be a piece of cake.
@KleinviehmachtMist a dream would be that already. Am curious how this year still runs and keeps open for me. How I finish this year and how much dividend I got. What do you think how long does it take to 1000€ dividend a month? What strategy are you following?

@turtleklaus 1000€ in dividends per month is already end boss LVL for me. I guess you need at least 300,000 in dividends. At $VWRL already around 480,000. Realistically, I estimate times with my portfolio rather so a result of 200 euros per month. But you never know - my investment target for 2023 was 1000 euros. But it will probably be more. Strategy were dividend stocks have the but supplemented by an ETF that I now run with 100 euros in the savings plan. After I have canceled a few pointless subscriptions and contracts were 100 euros free. Is still potential for optimization in spending, I will then also invest, is for old age. Dividend according to overview 398.16 euros gross for 2023. The allowances I burn unfortunately already elsewhere.

That people nowadays even think about IBM, let alone buy it.
@Krynt what's wrong with IBM
profile image
@Jonesek Over the past 23 years, IBM has managed to generate negative price returns.

I'm right there with you, I'm also in the process of building up a dividend portfolio. Unlike you, I have a two portfolio model: TR: Savings plans for $IWDA and $EIMI. Both accumulating for the compound interest effect. On SC I have only single stocks for my dividends. I am aware of the risk of price fluctuations and problems. Still, I prefer to invest in individual risks that I can check instead of getting a dividend ETF. I had been holding a dividend ETF for a while but sold it. LG

@MichaelSB82 I know that everyone has a different opinion. But that's the cool thing about it in my opinion. New ways of thinking, new ideas, many more possibilities.
