Is $RKLB (+5.35%) overvalued?

This was a post found on a Redwire board

I enjoyed this and thought it was well written.

"No matter how promising or strong stocks are, they can certainly become overvalued. The difference here is, companies riding this massive wave of space science and exploration, have more room to run than most realize. I base this on one overriding reality: the human race is in uncharted waters when it comes to the footprint we are about to make in space; the footprint we are making in space! As a result, most lack the imagination to see just how massive the opportunity truly is.

The biggest fault -- much to the regret of their wallets -- in those people, who will undoubtedly scream "overvalued" long before it can actually be justified, is an inability to see the future that's right in front of their eyes. A future that's already arrived!"

For some time now, I’ve been wanting to buy $RKLB shares, but I’ve been hesitant because I consider it overvalued. Statement above is driven more by emotion than analysis. Do I believe in the growth of the aerospace industry in a long-term? Yes, absolutely. I’m not a weatherman, but in the short term, we might expect a worsening economic situation and a market decline due to its overheating. Additionally, in my personal opinion, Rocket Lab’s P/E is high. Also the company could face challenges from Musk’s ambitions to monopolize the industry with SpaceX. So there’s a lot of risks in a short-term. But it might be a good choice if you are ready to wait for years. Not financial advice, just an opinion.
