Well summarized 👍🏼 Know someone who immediately gets scared if an insider sells. But often the reasons are quite banal (the seller needs money). Regular purchases by different people from a company are for me a sign that things are going well there and that the share is currently worth buying.

@tim1 exactly 👌 the very big purchases and sales you learn anyway at the same time as the market or the corresponding news. Regular purchases are much more interesting. But so are purchases in the current situation. I also remember purchases by the SAP management team when the share price corrected the last time. This is also a good way to send out signals.
