How many of you have a current account with $INGA (-0.07%) ??

I'm strongly considering switching from the Sparkasse, if only because of the management fees. Now with a 100€ bonus on top.

I have e-mail contact with my advisor maybe once a year, so I don't need her on site.

What does the ing service look like? Can anyone say anything about it?

Greetings Dirk

I took the same step today :) went without any problems. Sparkasse is just too high for me with the fees. Basically never had any contact with the advisors, probably won't be the case with ing either :)

To take up the cudgels for savings banks and credit unions (even if it's unpopular): I personally stay with my local bank because they do a lot of things in my region that an online bank wouldn't do. Local sports clubs, youth work, music groups and cultural festivals are in part well financed by the regional institutions and the bank's involvement in my life is greater than that of a large commercial bank, even without contact with an advisor. So if you played soccer as a child, you were more likely to have had perimeter advertising or jerseys from the local Volksbank. In the end, everyone has to decide for themselves, but for me personally, the moderate account management fees are worth it.

Disclaimer: I have nothing to do with VB/Sparkasse except as a customer.

Been a customer for years and always satisfied. Support by phone or ticket whenever there's anything I can't complain about.

I also left the Sparkasse back then and still regret it in the slightest. Top service and services 👍🏼 I can advertise you, then I'll get something too 😅

I am also in the process of emptying my VB account step by step because my account is now worth €72 a year. I am also planning to move to $INGA

Been there for a few years, I love it 🩵

I went over on black friday with a 150€ bonus. I'm turning 25 this year and then my savings bank starts charging fees. Not one bit.
And I even worked there myself 😅

I also switched there at the end of last year and am very happy with everything there, even though I was previously a savings bank customer for 14 years. 😄
I definitely haven't regretted the move
