Am thinking of changing my $HFG (-4.16%) and $CDR (+2.5%) positions and invest the money in $MSFT (+0.02%)

$DHR (-2%) and $BKNG (-0.12%) to invest. What is your opinion on the first two stocks and do you think the 4 potential new purchases are currently fairly valued? For me, the 4 are all fairly valued, but none of the 4 undervalued at this time 🤔
