1. Edeka forces delivery of Coca Cola
The familiar dispute over purchase prices between Coca-Cola and Edeka is entering the next round. Coca-Cola had stopped supplying Edeka because Edeka would not accept a price increase. Now the Hamburg Regional Court has ruled that the US group must supply the supermarket chain again at the maximum purchase prices contractually agreed in January 2022.

2nd Tesla to build lithium refinery in Texas
Electric car giant Tesla says it is looking into the feasibility of building a lithium hydroxide refinery on the Texas Gulf Coast. Construction could start as early as this year and be completed by the end of 2024. However, according to Tesla, the project is only feasible if it is granted a tax break.

The Queen of Great Britain and 14 other Commonwealths has died after 70 years of reign. She will be succeeded by her son Prince Charles. The government has declared the official period of mourning and also the Premier League will cancel the 7th matchday this weekend, as a sign of mourning.
