Hello dear Getquin Community,

I would be interested in your opinion on my Depo.

I currently add 1500€ to my portfolio every month, I save the stocks or cryptos where I see potential.

500€ goes into the ETF every month $HMWO (+0.73%)

In addition, I bought a property in August 2024 that I use as an investment and earn €500 in rent every month (loan is €367 per month)

I follow a dividend strategy because dividends totally motivate me 🤩

Where else do you see potential or sectors that I should look at?

Pursuing a dividend strategy but have Bitcoin?
Bought real estate as an investment?
Otherwise quite solid and stable stocks.
Would go more for the ETF and less for the individual stocks, but also depends on how long you are looking into the future.
High risk short term=crypto
Higher risk short/medium term/(long term)= single stocks
Low risk long term= broadly diversified ETFs
