I drive hundreds of kilometers just to convince myself of my investment $DNP (-2.38%) (and to drink bad beer)

As a shareholder of Dino Polska $DNP (-2.38%) I didn't miss the opportunity to make the long and arduous journey to Poland just to shop at Dino.

Advantageyou can combine it directly with the #bierchallenge buy the right beer in the Dino supermarket and drink it right in front of it.

I read about the share in the book "ohne aktien wirds schwer" and wondered whether the business would also work outside Poland. I don't see any chance here, at least not in Austria. In every village with more than 5k inhabitants there is either a Spar, Billa (rewe), hofer (aldi), lidl or penny. And often even 2 or more of them. Even in smaller towns with a lot of tourism or good transport links, there are these. In even smaller villages there are Nah&Frisch that are supposed to cover daily needs, but in my opinion they don't do well because one of the stores mentioned above is usually less than 10 minutes away by car.
