Read the figures? Followed the profit trend? Evaluated prospects? I personally would not invest, no recommendation or advice

@Dividendenopi wouldn't touch them with pliers either. Why do you want to invest in these figures, I would rather take $AMZN, for example, which is constantly expanding its logistics.

@BamBamInvest there are other retailers than amazon in this world. who have to ship their stuff internationally

@dividend_hunter_304 absolutely right and there are also other competitors who may do better. In my opinion, the share/company is not a buy based on the figures.

@BamBamInvest i think so. the volume has risen again after several quarters. the money is just missing because they had to pay significantly higher salaries and severance payments months ago. i think the share price will recover in the long term

@dividend_hunter_304 I don't deny that the share price will probably recover. I just don't think it's worth investing in because there are industries and companies that are simply growing faster and have better prospects. I currently see no reason to invest in this company. ☺️

I think of it as a dividend investor, now there is a fat dividend and the dividend growth is also very good.

@Slucks87 if profits continue to decline, the dividend will unfortunately (have to) be cut at some point given the high payout ratio

@Slucks87 This is not to say that the stock is bad, but in my opinion it is better to wait and see how things develop and not to invest at the moment.

@Slucks87 Still too early, but in the long term UPS should benefit from the growth in e-commerce...I'll wait and see

@Tim951995 or not if companies like Amazon continue to expand their own logistics. I don't understand why you should invest in UPS when there are 100 other attractive companies ☺️ the figures are so bad, why would you want to invest here?

@BamBamInvest I personally think that the pie is very big and that UPS has good long-term prospects as a global player...I've never had any problems with UPS personally, but I have with Amazon...I wouldn't buy the stock at any price and it's not my first choice, but I don't find it uninteresting and the dividend tastes good too.

@Tim951995 It's just not my cup of tea, to put it briefly. Apart from that, I have often been annoyed with UPS in Vienna. ☺️ As you know, the experience as a consumer is not so important here. There are always notes in my mailbox saying I'm not at home and to collect from the nearest parcel store, even though my wife was demonstrably at home. Returns don't work and I had to run to the company store because the code was generated incorrectly. So it could also be down to my personal grudge against the company as to why I don't have to have them 😂

@BamBamInvest I also hate picking up parcels somewhere...well soon we will probably have to run after drones or robots to get our parcel 😂
