The race has begun - the question of who will end up investing hundreds of billions in Ukraine, China or the USA. The advantage if it is China is that the EU does not have to pay for it. The disadvantage if Ukraine is really accepted into the EU is that China will once again have its fingers on the raw materials and another foot in the market.
