Which is better in the long term buying $NVDA (+3.67%) and $MSFT (+1.09%) stocks individually or buying the technology index ETF $IUIT (+1.78%) ?

Ofcourse in both cases I'm adding an all world ETF like $VWCE (+1.33%)
