Which is better in the long term buying $NVDA (+1.51%) and $MSFT (+0.08%) stocks individually or buying the technology index ETF $IUIT (+1.5%) ?

Ofcourse in both cases I'm adding an all world ETF like $VWCE (+0.85%)
