•@Hotte1909 interesting sector, especially as we are already in a down phase. If you like to buy anticyclically, this is a good time to do so. With a min. 5 max. 10 year horizon you can probably find some bargains here

@topicswithhead That's probably true. However, there is also quite a lot that is uncertain. Take GPS technology, for example. Deere was a pioneer here, but currently has the worst system of all the "major" manufacturers.
CNH has caught up quite a bit, although the Claas system actually works best and also offers the most interfaces for communication with implements. What will prevail in the end will be extremely important for the next market cycle and at the moment I wouldn't put my hand in the fire for any of the systems.
We have received 2 new Valtra machines here in the last few years that are externally equipped. The Fendt ones are too old for us and don't even have a device for it. But they are now only used for transport work anyway. Then there's a Steyr where the system itself works great but has few interfaces and a lot has to be entered manually, and this year we got a new Claas that is compatible with just about everything. Headland management. Attachments are automatically partially switched off when overlapping as far as possible and and and
