I'm starting to look at earning dividends, so far I never traded in this kind of companies, but it seems that it can be something quite profitable if you know how to handle it 😄.

You are right, but there are juicier companies in dividends and with better projection in price revaluation and dividend increase....mira BBVA, BANKINTER, SABADELL....

I call that having a cow and milking it to drink milk every day. But for that you have to be able to see latent losses of even 50% at certain times and not worry about it. For example, I have had shares in Santander with losses for many years. But the dividends obtained over the years right now cover my losses. Right now Santander is in the process of buying back treasury stock. BBVA finished recently and that is why it is now going down more than other stocks. It's to make you mentalize yourself to buy and forget about them until retirement or more and receive dividends. Iberdrola is a good option, but it has risen a lot. I have had it since 2016. Every year their dividends go up a bit. Greetings

The idea of a long term portfolio for dividends is my vision of the market...only purchases...while its fundamentals support it buy in downturns...good distribution history and a not excessive percentage of distribution...the same app makes you a projection with profitability and what you would generate per month on average...the best gift for you and if you think about leaving it as an inheritance....
