Coffee is no longer served at 8 p.m. The thing with the anchor works optimally in salary negotiations, for example... just throw out the first offer, which then subconsciously serves as an anchor ;-) On the subject of fear on the stock market, I have to say that I don't understand the "flight reflex". Maybe not yet. I think if you really invest with conviction, with a long horizon and only put money in what you do not need at any price... you can sit out any crisis relaxed. On the other hand, FOMO also kicks me from time to time, but only because I have no cash and have to wait for soarplans, if the prices are once again favorable.

@VP yes, anchoring works great in salary negotiations or price negotiations in general. But as described, it can unfortunately also have a negative effect if we look at our entry prices 😅
