I like to think back to my time in the Bundeswehr. There, the motto was: reporting makes you free! Making a mistake is human. Admitting it is a hurdle for many.
@GoDividend Absolutely. From experience at the beginning of the learning process: Far too often, mistakes are punished too "harshly," treated too contemptuously, or valued excessively. In the end, this leads to a situation in which mistakes are less often accepted or admitted later in life.
